At Needxo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return & refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

For safety & hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products

Opened/used items that cannot be resold
3. Return Process

Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.

Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier arranged by us or drop it at the nearest service point.
4. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on the payment method.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/video evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), shipping charges will be covered by Needxo.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
