At Needxo – All Product Mart, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and small towns.

  • Some remote areas may have limited courier service availability. If your area is not serviceable, our support team will contact you.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply based on weight, size, and location.

  • Some products may qualify for free delivery (mentioned on product page).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or SMS before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor your parcel.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed deliveries.

6. Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and supplier location.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is not received, it will be returned to us.

  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect information or refusal, customers may be charged re-shipping fees.
