  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order, we may cancel and notify you.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Needxo.

  • Payment options include:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

    • Bank Transfer

    • Debit & Credit Cards (where applicable)

  • Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be canceled at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan within 3–7 working days, depending on location.

  • Delivery charges may apply based on weight, size, or location unless stated as free delivery.

  • Delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond Needxo’s control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 7 days if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items (personal care, hygiene, customized products, etc.) are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 working days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information for orders (name, address, phone number, etc.).

  • Misuse of our website, fraudulent activities, or false claims will lead to account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Needxo, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Needxo and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Needxo shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Responsibility for product misuse lies solely with the customer.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
